He was the calm to her chaos.
She used to be so happy about this all, but somehow, the reality began to hit like a never ending nightmare. Now she know such words exist and able to turn the warmest heart into a stormy gloomy place.
In the quietest night, her heart whispered,
"You look so happy but
you're not really happy.
Even your smile curves, but
your eyes they don't shine.
I heard it a lot that eyes
don't lie.
The faith has gone.
Did you lose sleep overthink
about what was supposed to be yours, long before the disaster happened?
Or does it still hurt?
Listening to the melodies that he once taught you to play when you were still a kid?
Does his name feel like a
bitter pill for you to swallow?"
On the deepest nights, when nobody's awake
Her eyes they weep.
Maybe I hate you so much that
you appeared in my dreams. Those were supposed to be nightmares, but you were
there laughing and smiling like nothing ever happened, so tell me what should I
do?
Is the world such a cruel place
or
Do humans create hell out of
their lust and greediness in such a beautiful place?
You never gave this family choice.
Nor I have a choice.
"How could you still miss somebody you're supposed to hate?"
